Connect an AI agent to Sri Lanka HR software data

Everything the HR software selector can do is also available as a public MCP server: Claude, or any MCP-compatible agent, can rank vendors, list them, or pull a full profile directly, live, from the same data as the website.

Tools

rank_hr_software: Ranks all tracked vendors against a headcount, an optional monthly budget in LKR, and per-capability importance (not needed / nice to have / important / must have) across all 15 tracked capabilities. Same scoring rules as the web selector: a vendor that doesn't fit the headcount ranks below one that does, and a vendor that explicitly lacks a “must have” is pushed to the bottom.
list_hr_vendors: Every tracked vendor with category, size range, pricing model and the date it was last checked.
get_hr_vendor_profile: Full detail for one vendor: pricing, every capability, pros, cons, independent reviews and named customers.

Why this exists

A search engine can only read what a page already says. An agent connected here can actually run the ranking on your exact headcount, budget and requirements and get a computed answer back, the same way a person using the selector would. If you're building an agent, a procurement tool, or anything else that needs a straight answer on Sri Lankan HR software, this is that answer, kept in sync with the site automatically since it reads from the same source.
